Welcome to HUUS Gstaad as Receptionist (m/f) Summer Season 2026 Your tasks: • Reservations with OPERA Cloud Version • Competent guest service • Correspondence in German, English and French • Creating and checking guest invoices • Daily Front Office work • Check in/out • Own cash handling • Ensuring a smooth process at the front Your profile: • A completed vocational training in the hotel industry or similar • Experience in a comparable position • Very good German, English and French skills in spoken and written form • Interest, enthusiasm and passion for the hotel industry and guest service • Initiative, teamwork, flexibility, resilience and an eye for detail • Sales-oriented thinking and acting
