The Stiftung Nische offers 26 residential and day structure places as well as two additional day structure places at four locations in the Zofingen area. Our offer is aimed at adults with cognitive, psychological, and physical impairments. We are looking for a loyal and motivated personality, by arrangement, as Social Pedagogue as Deputy Team Leader Residential Area 70-90% Tasks: • Accompanying, caring for, and looking after people with impairments • Leadership tasks after consultation with the team leadership • Together with the team leadership, you support the residential group team and, together with the team, take responsibility for the 8 clients living in the residential group • As a practical instructor, you ensure the transfer of theory and practice for the trainees • Collaboration on projects and in internal working groups • Participation in holiday and leisure activities of the residential group • Reference person work • Administrative tasks Requirements: • Completed studies as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH • Further training as a practical instructor or the willingness to complete this • Responsible, independent, and team-oriented personality with high social competence • Very good written and oral expression skills in German • Very good IT user knowledge (MS Office) • Driver's license Cat.
