For our client, we are looking for a reliable and organizationally strong personality as a Disponent/in Transport 100% immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Planning and coordination of the available means of transport
• Ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Monitoring and coordination of the ongoing tours
• Supervision and support of the driving staff
• Control and compliance with operational processes and workflows
• Coordination with internal and external departments
• Processing of customer complaints and damage cases
• Close cooperation with supervisors and colleagues
• Ensuring a smooth daily routine in the transport sector

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the transport or logistics sector
• Experience in dispatching or in the transport industry is an advantage
• Driver's license Kat. C is an advantage
• Good geographical knowledge
• Good PC user skills and confident handling of the telephone and digital communication tools
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Readiness for shift work
• Reliable, accurate, and independent way of working
• Organizationally strong and resilient personality
• You maintain an overview even in hectic situations
