To strengthen our Housekeeping team, we are looking for an This task includes ensuring cleanliness and value preservation throughout the house, controlling rooms and public areas, and coordinating all work in Housekeeping. You are responsible for training employees, supporting ongoing training, and thus ensuring guest satisfaction. Quality assurance: supporting and partially leading regular quality controls of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas according to Forbes and LQA standards. Analyzing inspection results, guest feedback, and audit results to identify trends, risks, and potential for improvement. Supporting the preparation, execution, and follow-up of Forbes and LQA audits. Training & Development: supporting the coordination and implementation of training programs for Housekeeping employees with a focus on luxury service standards and operational excellence. Conducting coaching, on-the-job training, and refresher courses. Supporting leadership development initiatives for supervisors and coordinators. Operational support: sparring partner for Housekeeping supervisors and operational support during high occupancy or special events. Reporting & Compliance: supporting quality reports, audit follow-ups, and compliance with hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards. You have a completed training as a hotel specialist or a comparable qualification, further training as a professional trainer, several years of experience in Housekeeping, and leadership experience in the hotel industry - ideally in the luxury segment - and convince with your high initiative, professional appearance, and fluent German and English skills.
