Your tasks: * Dispatching our road and combined transport for the Rheinland region with a focus on Cologne * Deployment planning of drivers taking statutory regulations into account * Monitoring and ensuring loading times for key customers * Contact person for drivers, customers, and partners in the event of short-term changes as well as covering customer needs * Efficient utilization of vehicles from an economic perspective * Problem solving in the event of disruptions in the transport process. Your profile: * At least 1-2 years of professional experience as a transport dispatcher * Completed training in the field of forwarding and logistics as well as import/export experience * Good geographical knowledge and understanding of logistical processes * Good German and English skills in speaking and writing, Polish and/or Russian an advantage * Confident use of MS Office and dispatching software (Brabender an advantage) * Ability to combine tasks, quick comprehension, teamwork, as well as a precise and expeditious way of working.
