We are currently looking for a:

CNC Setter night shift

Your responsibilities

You ensure the setting, monitoring, and optimization of production on 5-axis CNC machining centers,
You actively contribute to the performance of the workshop while respecting the quality requirements specific to high watchmaking,
Perform complete settings and setups on 5-axis CNC machining centers (turning and milling),
Ensure the launch and monitoring of production during the night shift,
Carry out the loading of production series (approximately 50% of the working time),
Ensure the smooth running of machining operations and intervene in case of drift or incident,
Perform dimensional and aesthetic controls of parts using conventional and specific measuring tools (Marcel Aubert, DEA, manual instruments, etc.),
Guarantee product conformity according to the company's quality standards and the requirements of high watchmaking,
Ensure the traceability of operations performed and the completion of production monitoring documents,
Participate in the continuous improvement of machining processes and the optimization of production performance,
Collaborate closely with the production, quality, and methods teams.

Your profile

Holder of a CFC in polymechanic, production mechanic, or an equivalent training,
Confirmed experience in setting 5-axis CNC machining centers,
Excellent knowledge of watch case machining, ideally in precious materials,
Mastery of turning and milling techniques,
Good knowledge of dimensional control methods and reading blueprints,
Ability to work independently and rigorously,
Keen sense of quality, precision, and detail,
Team spirit, reactivity, and sense of responsibility,
