Nurse in CDI at 100% The Fondation de Nant organizes all public psychiatric care in the East Vaud region. It assumes a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to all, children, adolescents, adults and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are offered by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Ergotherapists, Social Workers, Educators and other mental health professionals. The Fondation de Nant is a member of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), the leading body of Vaud regional hospitals recognized as being in the public interest. It is also part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman, which brings together health partners from Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from Chablais Vaud and Valais. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, the Fondation de Nant currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is reflected in its practices, training and openness to other approaches. To strengthen its Dispositif Mobile de Psychiatrie Communautaire (DMPC) team, the Fondation de Nant is offering a Nurse position in CDI at 100% THE MISSION The nurses of the DMPC have the mission of intervening, as indicated, with people presenting psychological difficulties who encounter obstacles to accessing usual care and support structures. Their intervention consists of carrying out a specialized clinical evaluation and offering adapted support in the person's living environment. The population taken care of is between 18 and 65 years old. The DMPC nursing team also ensures the entry into care and specialized follow-up of young people integrated into the Young Adult Program (PJA). This three-year program is focused on early intervention for psychotic disorders (the nurse exercises the role of case manager). WE ARE LOOKING FOR A nurse with experience in psychiatry (minimum 2 years), holder of a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing care with Red Cross recognition (or equivalent title). Good experience in psychiatry, particularly with young adults, is desired. This position requires a good sense of organization, autonomy in work, as well as good management of the unexpected and stress. Having a good analytical and interdisciplinary coordination capacity is essential for working in this environment, as well as good relational, communication and negotiation skills. The mobility of the position implies having a private motorized vehicle.
