In this versatile role, you will advise customers (national/international) on the renowned products of your company. You are responsible for order processing from A to Z (quotations, invoices, coordination of deliveries, etc.), process various projects at customers, and undertake versatile activities in sales support. For your customers, you are the competent contact person for technical/commercial questions in standard and project business. Furthermore, you will participate in improvement processes in customer service and be actively involved in various internal projects. The close cooperation with various internal departments (e.g., production, engineering, etc.) makes your activity additionally exciting and varied. To be successful in this responsible position, you bring a completed technical training (e.g., polymechanic, preferably in the field of abrasives) as well as commercial further education (e.g., Technical Sales Representative, Technician HF). Preferably, you have already gained several years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Technical Sales Representative, Technical Sales Support/Customer Advisor, etc.) including order processing, preferably in the environment of the mechanical engineering industry. You possess the organizational talent to handle various orders in parallel at the same time. You communicate confidently in German and English (spoken and written), further language skills (French, etc.) are an advantage. Additionally, you bring good MS Office skills, as well as experience in dealing with ERP systems (SAP, Pro Alpha, Navision).
