Bern (and home office) | 80-100% (jobsharing possible) What you can contribute • Lead, plan and coordinate complex, large-scale ICT projects in the field of critical infrastructures and air force systems • Ensure, within the scope of projects, that services are provided in compliance with costs, quality and deadlines • Coordinate project stakeholders and their requests (employees, sub-project managers, clients, members of bodies or committees, suppliers, users, concerned actors, public) • Develop quality assurance (project management and problem-solving method) and implement necessary measures in this area (audits, reviews) • Recruit internal and external personnel (for external personnel, establish requirement profiles) • Lead and evaluate people participating in projects on behalf of the hierarchy <br /> What makes you unique • Degree from a higher education institution (HES, university, EPF) with several years of experience or equivalent training; continuing education in project management / business IT, certifications (IPMA level C or higher, HERMES Advanced, Scrum Product Owner) • Several years of experience as a project manager, solid experience in leading projects in hierarchical organizations and experience in change management • Several years of experience in leadership • Experience with agile methods (SAFe or equivalent approach) • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a few words As a senior project manager for Infrastructure and Air Force systems essential for engagements, you will play a central role in the organizational structure of the Cyber command.
