A furniture delivery from Italy is delayed. The installation date has already been agreed upon with the customer. At the same time, an invoice arrives whose amount does not match the order. And in the warehouse, the next goods delivery is waiting.

YOUR ROLE WITH US

Trendline stands for high-quality interior design, individual furnishing, and demanding interior fit-out projects.

Behind every successful project is not just a good idea, but also reliable implementation. And that is exactly where you come into play.

You are the operational hub of our order processing. You ensure that the plans of our interior designers become concrete orders, that deliveries arrive on schedule, installations are coordinated, and that the financial processing is correct.

In doing so, you carry out your tasks yourself. You order, check, make phone calls, coordinate, and also pitch in in the warehouse.

WHAT YOU SPECIFICALLY DO

Procure and coordinate

You take over customer orders from sales, prepare goods orders, and order independently from our suppliers and international design brands. You check order confirmations, monitor delivery dates, and follow up before a delay becomes a problem.

You organize deliveries and installation assignments, coordinate dates with customers, and ensure that all parties involved are informed in time.

Check and process commercially

You create customer invoices, check incoming payments, and maintain the financial overviews of our projects.

You don't just forward accounts payable invoices: You check amounts, prices, conditions, and their compliance with the orders. You prepare the payment run and support the accounting closing work, especially accruals and account assignments.

Keep an overview and pitch in yourself

You know which orders are still open, which goods are missing, which projects will soon be installed, and where follow-up is required.

You check incoming goods, manage our warehouse, and take care of the inventory. When a delivery arrives, you are not too good to pitch in yourself.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are not looking for a person who simply processes tasks. We are looking for someone who thinks ahead, takes responsibility, and enjoys seeing things move forward.

You fit with us if you:

• work in a structured and precise manner even with interruptions, changing priorities, and multiple ongoing projects.
• understand technical or manual contexts – ideally from interior fit-out, furnishing, or a related field.
• are administratively strong and bring a good understanding of invoices, numbers, and commercial processes.
• independently prepare decisions, question ambiguities, and follow up persistently if necessary.
• communicate confidently and friendly, also on the phone or in English with international suppliers.
• are well-versed with computers and enjoy familiarizing yourself with different programs and workflows.
• do not distinguish between office work and practical work if both contribute to collective success.

You do not need to already bring perfect specialist knowledge from every one of these areas. The combination of technical or manual understanding and commercial strength is particularly interesting to us. However, your willingness to learn, your sense of responsibility, and your motivation are also decisive.
