WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team including personnel scheduling, induction as well as employee and job interviews
• Independent programming, setup and operation of CNC turning machines
• Ensuring on-time delivery as well as achieving all production and quality goals within the team
• Active participation in projects as well as structured solving of quality problems
• Independent performance or support during repairs on machines and equipment
• Creation of setup documents as well as documentation and transfer of technical know-how
• Level-appropriate initiation of measures in case of technical, personnel and organizational problems
• Consistent enforcement of cleanliness, order as well as regulations for occupational safety, environmental and health protection

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Completed training as a Polymechaniker (m/f/d) EFZ with specialization in manufacturing technology
• Initial leadership experience as well as experience in dealing with SAP are desirable
• Sound technical understanding and strong manual dexterity
• Confident and routine handling of common MS Office applications
• German business fluent, English B2

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

• 40-hour week (plus 1 hr advance time for bridge days)
• 5 - 6 weeks vacation depending on age
• In case of illness 100% continued payment of wages up to max. 730 days
