• You accompany and support our clients individually or in a group in their everyday life
• You ensure a reliable, individual basic care
• You promote social contacts and support the building of sustainable relationships
• You strengthen participation in cultural and social life
• You help shape communication and orientation aids
• You accompany educational and developmental processes with the goal of maximum possible independence
• You work closely in a team and with specialists from various areas

What you bring with you ##

• A completed training as a Specialist in Care (disability sector) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in accompanying people with impairments
• Joy in solution-oriented and structured work (e.g., participation management)
• Openness to flexible working hours (no split shifts!)
• An appreciative, resource-oriented way of dealing with people is a matter of course for you
• You think in networks, are resilient, have strong communication skills, and act responsibly
• A driver's license is an advantage
