In the role of Payroll Specialist, you contribute decisively to the success of our department. In direct and daily contact with our clients, you play a central coordination role and advise them competently on all matters related to payroll management. Thanks to a way of working that is precise, efficient, and service-oriented, you guarantee the smooth running of our services. WHAT AWAITS YOU You take charge of the entire payroll processing for our clients, including the entry and processing of all changes having an impact on pay, as well as monthly closings. You are the reference contact person for questions relating to salaries and social insurances. The processing of tasks related to social insurances (AVS, family allowances, APG, etc.) is also part of your responsibilities. You are in contact with authorities and insurances, and establish statistics as well as various lists. Various administrative tasks related to the payroll field complete your activity. WHAT YOU BRING You benefit from a basic commercial training, completed by continuing education in the field of payroll (e.g., payroll specialist). You have at least two years of experience in payroll management. You have perfect mastery of MS Office and are comfortable with ERP systems. You have a very good command of French, both spoken and written. Any other language is an asset. You have a real interest in payroll administration and social insurances, as well as an affinity for numbers. You work in a structured, precise, and solution-oriented manner. You are a reliable, collaborative, and proactive person, capable of maintaining a good overview even during busy periods.
