Reintegration Specialist (80 - 100 %) The SVA BL is the competence center for social insurances in the canton of Basel-Landschaft. As an independent public-law company, it fulfills a legal mandate and makes a contribution to social security for the population and the economy of the canton. To strengthen our team in the Integration department of the IV office, we are looking for a committed and experienced person as Reintegration Specialist (80 - 100 %) What motivates you You accompany and lead people with complex health restrictions in the context of reintegration management You recognize support needs at an early stage and make a valuable contribution through early detection, early intervention, and individual consulting on social insurance law topics You plan and coordinate reintegration measures, monitor their progress, and are also on the road in the field You support the preparation for health-adapted activities and accompany the way back into the general labor market You work interdisciplinary and cross-departmental with internal and external specialists (employers, doctors, insurances, coaches or institutions etc.) and clarify further services What you bring A completed vocational training and several years of professional experience, an advantage is training or further education in the social insurance sector, coaching or case management High decision-making competence and the ability to decide also in complex situations and in a well-founded manner High social competence and communicative strengths as well as pronounced resilience Structured work organization, high self-responsibility and independence as well as team spirit Style-secure German in word and writing, foreign languages an advantage Mobility thanks to driver's license (PW) and a place of residence in the region Your advantages at SVA BL A good work-life balance is important to us.
