We are growing (currently ~200 employees, goal 300–500) and are currently building the digital backbone that will support this growth: an own "Workflow OS" — database, web app and AI agents that automate our operational processes. is part of a small group of companies: what you build here is intentionally intended as a reusable foundation that will subsequently also be used in our sister companies. Not a corporation, but a small, fast team that works directly with the founders. Your role We have built a functional prototype in a short time and got the core processes running end-to-end. Now it is about the decisive step: transitioning this prototype into a maintainable, secure, production-ready system — and building up the technical architecture including the agent landscape in the long term. You are the technically leading person and will help shape this foundation from the beginning. What awaits you Architecture and technical standards for a system that serves as a blueprint for several companies in our group and prospectively other countries Full-Stack development ( / React / TypeScript, PostgreSQL/Supabase) Building a clean deployment pipeline, tests and CI/CD from scratch Design and operation of specialized AI agents and their orchestration Code Review, quality assurance and technical project management Integrations with a payroll/backoffice partner as well as WhatsApp, email and Dropbox What you bring Several years of experience as a Full-Stack or Software Engineer, ideally with architecture or lead responsibility Very secure knowledge in TypeScript and a modern frontend framework () as well as relational databases (PostgreSQL) Experience with deployment, CI/CD and the secure operation of productive systems (especially experience with iterative working methods and short release cycles) Practical experience in building LLM/AI-supported features and agents Ownership mentality: you don't just build new things, but also take responsibility for maintenance and stability German and English Advantageous Experience in building systems "from scratch" in a startup/scale-up environment Security and compliance awareness (role/rights concepts, data protection) What we offer Real ownership from day 1 and direct collaboration with the founders — no corporate levels, no long approval loops The chance to shape the technical foundation of a growing group of companies from the beginning Medium to long term a realistic path towards CTO with a substantial bonus/participation component Hybrid working with a high remote share and approx. 2 days per week on-site — optionally at one of our locations in Basel, Aarau or Schindellegi, depending on what is closest to you Annual salary from CHF 120'000, depending on experience and responsibility Interested?
