Employee Transport

We are looking for a competent personality as an Employee Transport by agreement at the Zetzwil location. Workload 15 % (predominantly on Fridays). Your main tasks * You are primarily in use on Friday for the well-being of the clients of the Stiftung Schürmatt * You are on the school transport * You bear the responsibility for children and adolescents with impairments * You ensure a reliable and accident-free journey * You are in contact with the headquarters and actively inform about changes and problems * You are responsible for the cleaning and operational readiness of the vehicle. What you bring with you * Completed vocational training EFZ * Driving license D1 (with code 106, code 121 or 122 is required) * Ideally experience in dealing with people with impairments * Flexibility, reliability, organizational talent, patience and respect * Empathy and high assertiveness * Strong mental and physical resilience * Service and customer orientation * Conscientious way of working and high sense of responsibility * Good IT user knowledge (Office 365).
