For our client on Lake Zurich, we are looking for the area of real estate for a Property Administrator 80-100% (m/w/d) ## Area of responsibility: • Management of a real estate portfolio consisting of condominium ownership and rental properties • Organization and management of condominium owners' meetings • Contact person for tenants, owners, authorities, craftsmen, and janitors • Processing and execution of apartment handovers/takeovers in case of tenant changes • Processing of rental agreement changes, rent changes, and indexed rent adjustments • Creation of advertisements • General administration Requirements: • Further education in the field of real estate management/condominium ownership • Several years of professional experience in real estate management, including condominium ownership, is mandatory • Skilled in handling various IT applications and the MS Office suite • Stylistically correct German in word and writing, English and Italian language skills are an advantage • Strong customer orientation and team ability • Networked thinking and precise working method Do you fit our desired profile and are you looking for an exciting challenge in a collegial team?
