In this varied role, you will be deployed directly at customer sites and will ensure the reliable operation of modern coffee machines with your technical know-how. Service Technician Central Switzerland (m/f/d) ### Your Tasks ### • Execution of assembly, maintenance, and repair work on professional coffee machines • Analysis and rectification of technical malfunctions directly at the customer site • Ensuring the flawless function and quality of the systems • Execution of new installations as well as deinstallations • Independent planning and organization of daily service assignments • Professional documentation and reporting of the work performed • Competent and friendly support of customers on-site • Assumption of on-call duties according to the deployment plan Your Profile ### • Completed basic technical training, e.g., as an automotive mechatronics technician, electromechanical technician, polymechanic or comparable training • Professional experience as a service technician is an advantage • Technical understanding and enjoyment of independent troubleshooting • Good IT skills in MS Office and Outlook, SAP knowledge is an advantage • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Customer-oriented and communicative personality • Independent, reliable, and structured way of working • Residence in Central Switzerland • Driver's license category B • Willingness for on-call duty We offer ### • Varied and independent activity with a lot of customer contact • Modern employment conditions and a 40-hour week • At least 5 weeks of vacation as well as attractive social benefits • Collegial and well-coordinated team in an international company • Paid further training as well as versatile training and development opportunities Have we aroused your interest?
