Device Assembler – technical environment / German / SAP / Medical Technology Background: To strengthen our team, we are looking for device assemblers who are responsible for the assembly of components and final assembly of various analysis systems. As a device assembler, you will work as part of a team to manufacture complex diagnostic systems consisting of mechanical, electrical, optical, and thermal components. Your tasks include assembling, commissioning, and documenting the manufactured instruments in a regulated environment. By providing these test solutions, Roche makes an important contribution to the healthcare system worldwide. Tasks & Responsibilities: • Assembly of components and devices according to instructions • GxP-compliant documentation of assembly and testing activities • Testing of assembled products according to instructions (paper) and/or electronic documentation • Identification and documentation of deviations or forwarding to PE and PQE • Correction of deviations according to ANW or forwarding to specialists • Fulfillment of the production plan according to the specifications of the team leader • Permanent optimization of the workflow for quality and efficiency improvement (KVP) • Ensuring the production of high-quality products and compliance with compliance regulations • Support of team leaders in administrative tasks (e.g. equipment management) • Support of other teams in case of capacity bottlenecks Must Haves: • Completed technical training or further education (e.g. polymechanics, automation technology, electronics, electrical installation or mechatronics) • At least two years of professional experience in a technical environment within the last five years • Basic IT skills • Fluent German in word and writing is a must, English is an advantage • Understanding of complex instruments • High quality awareness • Quick comprehension • Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible Nice to haves: • SAP knowledge • Experience at Roche or in medical technology • Experience in a regulated environment Reference Nr.: 925051TW Role: Device Assembler Industry: Pharma Location: Rotkreuz Workload: 100% Working hours: Standard Start: 01.09.2026 – 01.10.2026 Duration: 12 months++ Application deadline: 06.07.2026 If this position has sparked your interest, please send us your complete application via the link in this advertisement.
