Your tasks Care and accompaniment of our residents in everyday life Support with organizing daily life and promoting independence Reference person work as well as planning and implementation of individual goals Organization and accompaniment of appointments, leisure activities and conversations Preparing, checking and administering medication Recognizing changes as well as professional action in crisis situations Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialists Documentation as well as administrative and organizational tasks Co-design and further development of our social psychiatric offering With us, the person is at the center.
