• 14 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Langenthal What you will accomplish: • Shaping and developing HR: You lead a motivated HR team consisting of two employees and assume global responsibility for the strategic and operational orientation of all human resources. • Business partnership: As a competent interlocutor, you advise and support managers as well as employees on all HR matters. Through your coaching, you strengthen leadership skills and shape a rewarding corporate culture. • Recruitment & employer branding: You are responsible for the entire recruitment process and specifically develop the employer brand as well as personnel marketing. Together, you position the clinique SGM as an attractive employer and attract suitable talents for the future. • HR administration & payroll: You ensure a professional HR lifecycle and are responsible for personnel administration as well as payroll processing. Additionally, you coordinate collaboration with insurance companies, authorities, and the finance department. • HR controlling & digitalization: You develop relevant HR indicators, analyze important data, and derive optimizations from them. You actively drive the continuous development and digitalization of HR processes. • Projects & change management: You initiate and lead strategic HR projects and actively participate in changes with the general management. What you bring: • Several years of professional experience (at least five years) in an HR management function, ideally in the healthcare sector or a comparable environment. • A federal certificate as an HR specialist as well as complementary HR training (e.g., HF Direction des Ressources Humaines) or the willingness to pursue it. • Experience in managing and developing employees as well as a modern and inspiring understanding of leadership. • Strong consulting skills, high social intelligence, and the pleasure of collaborating with different interest groups. • Very good IT knowledge as well as an affinity for digital HR processes. • A structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of discretion and sense of responsibility. • A passion for human resources, entrepreneurial thinking, and the pleasure of actively participating in changes. • Identification with the Christian values and the value-oriented corporate culture of the clinique SGM.
