Qualified Specialist as Temporary Support in Youth Work

In the youth center Block94 (as well as in the Kidstreff for 5./6. grades) we create a low-threshold meeting point for children and young people. The focus is on encounter, relationship, participation and social learning. As temporary support, you will support the team during absences as well as on special occasions. Your main tasks ### • Collaboration, supervision and supervision in the youth center Block94 • Initiation and accompaniment of activities in the open meeting operation • Management of the meeting point (bar, games, material, order) • Support for participatory projects with young people • Collaboration in prevention and relationship work in everyday meeting life Your profile ### • Training in Social Work, Social Pedagogy or Socio-Cultural Animation (or equivalent experience) • Enjoyment of contact with young people and understanding of their life worlds • High social competence as well as ability to set clear boundaries • Flexibility for deployments on Friday evenings and Saturdays • Independent working method as well as team ability We offer ### • A lively field of work in open youth work • A committed, supportive team • Room for own initiative and co-design
