Your tasks

For you, wood is more than just a material. It is passion, precision, and honest craftsmanship. This is exactly the attitude you bring to your daily work. You manage and develop your sales territory independently and are the first point of contact for timber construction companies and joinery businesses. With your craft background, you understand the challenges on the construction site as well as in the workshop and deliver solutions that truly create added value. You targetedly acquire new customers, systematically tap into market potentials, and strategically continue to expand existing partnerships. In doing so, you do not simply sell products, but the entire range related to timber construction, including the consistent use of cross-selling potentials. From consultation and needs assessment to the clean handover to the internal service, you manage your projects in a structured and independent manner. You manage your sales territory entrepreneurially, plan your activities strategically, and ensure sustainable growth.

What you bring with you

• Completed training in the timber industry
• Several years of experience in technical field service B2B, ideally in a timber construction environment or
• Experience in the timber industry with great motivation to switch to customer consulting
• Strong closing skills, negotiation security, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• You reside in the sales territory (AG West, BL/BS, SO)
