To strengthen our team in Niederbipp, we are looking for you as soon as possible as Production Planning Specialist 100% (m/f/d) Tasks Production Planning & Scheduling: You take over the planning and preparation of maintenance, servicing, and repair orders. Resource Availability: To ensure a smooth process, you ensure the availability of spare parts, external companies, and personnel. Order Control: You create maintenance orders, maintain an overview, and control as well as monitor their implementation. Documentation & Analysis: You document malfunctions, measures, and downtime in a structured manner and support analysis and evaluation. Interface Coordination: In close coordination with production, maintenance, purchasing, and warehouse, you plan downtimes efficiently and practically. Profile Education: You have completed technical vocational training (e.g., industrial mechanic, industrial electrician, or comparable). Alternatively, you have commercial training with a strong technical understanding. Professional Experience: Several years of experience in technical production planning helps you to master even complex situations confidently. IT & System Knowledge: You are proficient in MS Office. Experience with ERP and maintenance systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, SAMA) is a plus. Service Orientation: You enjoy working with production and internal customers; service orientation is a matter of course for you. Personality: You have a confident manner, can assert yourself, and remain solution-oriented and collegial. We exclusively consider direct applications.
