(Junior) Social Media Manager / Content Creator (m/f/d) Your tasks: You manage our organic social content on LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok & Pinterest – for Retail, Business and Education. You produce social content from A–Z: texts, photos, videos, reels, stories & new formats. You love good storytelling and are responsible for newsletter creation for the Retail, Business & Education areas. You analyze the digital KPIs together with the Digital & Performance Marketing Manager and derive learnings, which you develop independently or with the Head of Marketing. You actively help in the optimization of ongoing campaigns and bring in fresh ideas. You sense trends early, test new ideas and continuously develop our social media presence. You plan and coordinate the content plan across all channels (online & offline) in close exchange with Head of Marketing & Communication. You manage our community, interact with followers and work closely with internal specialist departments. You support the team in daily business and also lend a hand with organizational topics when it comes down to it. Why you will be successful: Experience in social media management and in content creation. Enjoyment of copywriting, storytelling and creative ideas. Feeling for trends, tonality and brand appearance. Skills in photo/video production as well as common tools such as: Canva, Adobe Suite. Structured, independent way of working – even when it's necessary. Enjoyment of exchange with community, team and customers in an exciting IT environment. Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form. Very good MS Office skills; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage.
