For our customer in Zürich, we are looking for an experienced person to strengthen our team as

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Building Construction (M/F/D) ####

Your tasks:

• As a construction manager, you are responsible for the smooth implementation of our construction projects.
• Monitoring of the construction execution and ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Conducting negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Scheduling of work preparations and creation of construction programs.
• Local site management as well as measurement preparation and invoicing.
• Coordination of all specialists on site and timely provision of documents for construction participants.

Your profile:

• Completed training as an architect, civil engineer, structural engineer TS, or architectural draughtsman with a construction manager diploma or ongoing completion.
• Knowledge of Swiss standards and confident handling of common IT programs.
• Team player with healthy ambition and assertiveness.
• Efficient working under time pressure and adherence to deadlines.
• Organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview.
• Readiness to take on responsibility.
