Your tasks
Competent and needs-oriented advice for customers
Active sale of products in the respective department
Building long-term customer relationships through high service quality
Presentation, maintenance, and replenishment of the assigned assortment
Ensuring an attractive and sales-promoting product presentation
Support with goods receipt and inventory management
Implementation of price changes and sales promotions
Assistance with inventories
Ensuring order and cleanliness on the sales floor
Operating the cash register if required

Your profile
Completed training in retail or relevant professional experience in sales
Experience in the field of fashion, textiles, or home textiles is an advantage
Proven advisory competence and high service orientation
Enjoyment of active customer contact and sales
Well-groomed and friendly appearance
Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented personality
Good German skills
Willingness for flexible work assignments within the opening hours

What is offered
42.5-hour week at a 100% workload
15 minutes paid break in the morning and in the afternoon each time
One fixed day off per week
Duty planning three weeks in advance each time
Free parking spaces directly at the work location
Employment on a monthly salary
13th month's salary

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 18.30 and Saturday from 09.00 to 17.00
