• Lead projects and procurements in the field of weapons and ammunition as well as participate in larger transactions
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams and communicate in a level-appropriate manner to different stakeholders
• Assume technical responsibility during the evaluation, procurement and use of systems
• Advise and support users in planning, feasibility assessment and the creation of fundamentals
• Represent the interests of armasuisse in expert committees, commissions and at conferences nationally and internationally

This makes you unique

• You have at least a university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor) preferably in electrical engineering or related field, further training in a business administration direction (BWL) and project management (e.g. IPMA B/C)
• You possess quick comprehension and can therefore easily find your way in new and complex topics with diverse dependencies
• You are motivated to put your independent way of working at the service of a team performance to achieve common goals
• You have good oral and written skills in German and English
