Your tasks:

• Competent processing of telephone and written customer inquiries in German
• Providing information on various questions from all contact persons via telephone, chat & e-mail
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Constant monitoring of open pending tasks
• Any administrative and coordinative activities

What you bring with you:

• Completed basic training is an advantage (merchant or retail specialist or similar)
• Existing professional experience in customer advisory / Customer Service / customer service
• Very good German skills; French skills are a plus, but not mandatory
• Service-oriented, communicative and structured personality with drive
• Proficient handling of PC & EDV
