Job description
We are looking for a Group Leader/BB 80% (Mon-Thu) as of 1. January 2027 or by arrangement. Our Kita consists of one group with 10-14 daily places for children from the age of 4 months until entering school in family-supplementary care. Our bright, spacious rooms offer plenty of space for playing, learning and discovering. There is also plenty of adventure waiting outside: forest, farm, playground with a large sandbox and a traffic-free neighborhood are located directly in our surroundings. You will take over the pedagogical and organizational management of our mixed-age group «Rägeboge»
You ensure loving, respectful and professional care and create a place of security for the children
You shape a varied Kita everyday life with clear structures, rituals and reliable processes
You plan creative and versatile offers that are oriented towards the interests and needs of the children
You lead your team, chair team meetings and promote open, appreciative and constructive cooperation
You accompany and promote our trainees in close cooperation with the vocational training manager
You maintain professional and trusting contact with the parents and conduct parent meetings competently and appreciatively
You work closely with the site management and actively contribute to the further development of the Kita
What you bring with you

Qualification as Fachperson Betreuung Kinder EFZ and at least two years of professional experience.
Joy and willingness to take on leadership responsibility
High social and leadership competence as well as an appreciative attitude
Qualification as BerufsbildnerIn or the willingness to complete the BB course
You identify with our values and want to live and pass them on in everyday Kita life
You work in a team-oriented and independent manner and enjoy taking on responsibility
You are reliable, competent and remain calm, maintain an overview and focus on the essentials even in hectic situations
