To strengthen our sales team in toys/children's clothing in Bern, we are looking for a fashion-conscious and competent personality as of 01. December 2026 or by arrangement as

Assistant Cashier/Sales approx. 50% (m/f/d)

Do you enjoy being a host and do you want to repeatedly inspire our customers with your trend/lifestyle competence and your advisory competence?

Your activities:

You provide our customers with a warm welcome and actively approach them
You operate the cash register professionally
You inspire as a host and live this on the sales floor as well
You ensure comprehensive and competent advice in the cashier area and assist in sales
You ensure an attractive sales atmosphere and help to generate new regular customers
You manage and present our toy/children's clothing assortment

Your profile:

You have completed a retail specialist training in textiles or toys or have experience in this field
You are a trend/fashion-interested personality and have a winning charisma, impeccable manners, and a well-groomed appearance
You enjoy selling and have a sense for our small and large customers
You have a high level of commitment, are dedicated and motivated
You can work at least 50% and are flexibly deployable (2-3 days, holiday replacements also more possible/hourly wage)
You have stylish German language skills (any additional language is appreciated by our international clientele)
