Vocational Training Coordinator (80 – 100 %)

We are looking for a Vocational Training Coordinator (80 – 100 %) to start immediately or by arrangement

These are your tasks:

• Collaboration in youth and vocational marketing (website, newsletter, other projects)
• Organization and support of the automotive professions' appearances at events such as SwissSkills
• Support and maintenance of the relationship with educational partners and advice to AGVS members
• Participation in projects of basic training and higher vocational training as well as in cross-cutting association projects
• Coordination and administrative support of commissions, working groups and courses
• Ensuring the quality of the AGVS Business Academy according to eduQua:2021
• Management of the automotive professions' social media channels and content production
• Budgeting and billing of the area of responsibility
• Support of the Head of Education department

What you bring with you

• You are an independent, communicative and committed personality. You possess organizational talent
• You enjoy working in a team and roll up your sleeves
• With your motivating personality, you find it easy to drive projects forward together with the team
• You have a basic commercial education or training in the automotive industry with further commercial training.
• A degree in higher vocational training is preferred
• Experience in vocational training is an advantage
• In addition to very good German skills, you have good oral and written French skills. Italian skills are an advantage
• You are proficient in using common MS Office products and are familiar with common social media
