Expert in real estate estimations and claims The Établissement cantonal d'assurance et de prévention, an autonomous public law institution, wishes to complete its team of specialists by hiring an Expert in real estate estimations and claims. In this position, you will carry out estimations of all types of buildings, guarantee the technical follow-up of insurance files, and provide support for the training of external experts. You will also ensure a rapid and efficient settlement of real estate damage caused by fire and natural elements, in accordance with company policy. You will thus be a preferred partner for owners, various trades, as well as private insurers, with whom you are in daily contact. Thanks to you and the close collaboration with your fellow managers, we ensure a fair and rapid service to our insured persons while respecting the legal framework. To successfully carry out your mission, you possess the following assets: Technical training in building (architect's diploma, works manager, or equivalent) Several years of professional experience Analytical and synthesis skills Sense of organization and priorities Good communication and negotiation skills in delicate situations Stress resistance Ability to work in a team Proficiency in the German language is an asset.
