The implementation is carried out according to the 7-P model of ESA and includes creative, targeted campaigns. With passion, you are responsible for the maintenance and marketing of the tire assortment towards external customers and internal stakeholders. You continuously optimize sales and inventory management and develop targeted sales promotion measures. Ongoing sales analyses and the creation of in-depth sales plans are also part of your tasks, as well as the development of advertising and sales promotion measures and sell-out support for garage businesses. You are responsible for the development and implementation of communication and marketing measures for the «MechaniXclub» community. This includes active communication with members and other stakeholders. The creation and maintenance of content for ESA's internet, shop and social media channels are also part of your tasks, as well as the development of advertising materials for customers. You work closely with internal and external contacts, maintain an active exchange with all stakeholders and ensure optimal integration of the «MechaniXclub». By creating statistics and calculative decision-making aids, you support sales planning and promote efficiency in your area of responsibility. What you bring You have completed training or further education in marketing and have one to two years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the automotive industry or technical environment. You have in-depth experience in the development and implementation of marketing concepts and sales planning. Good user knowledge of Office programs and common marketing tools is required. Confident handling of digital channels and social media is a must. You are familiar with the trends of relevant social media platforms and know how to integrate them effectively into your work. You have stylistically correct German language skills as well as very good written and spoken communication skills. Good knowledge of English is a plus.
