As a Financial Controller 80-100%, you will assume central tasks in management controlling, reporting, and process optimization. You will participate in exciting projects and can develop your specialist skills in a targeted manner.

Your tasks at your new employer:

• At the heart of your activity are forecasting and retrospective calculations, contribution margin analyses, as well as in-depth profitability calculations, with which you provide management with solid decision-making bases for operational and strategic questions
• You prepare relevant monthly reports, key indicators, and statistics, and prepare complex data in an understandable way, so that different departments and management can quickly identify relevant developments and act in a targeted manner
• The development of existing management controlling processes and systems is also part of your area of responsibility, as well as the identification of optimization possibilities and the support of corresponding improvement measures across different sectors of the company
• Within the framework of cross-functional projects, the introduction of a new ERP system, as well as during ad hoc analyses, you play an active role and furthermore support special tasks as well as the management of holidays and replacements in the accounts payable area

You offer your new employer:

• A completed commercial training constitutes the basis, supplemented by continuing education in management controlling, finance, business management, or a comparable field as well as relevant professional experience in an analytical function
• Complementary training in management controlling, financial management, business management, or in process and project management are welcome and create good conditions for professional development
• Very good knowledge of Excel, ideally supplemented by experience with ERP systems, combined with a strong understanding of figures as well as analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, allow you to manage data and processes with confidence
