EXPERIENCED ROLLER OPERATOR WANTED

REGION WINTERTHUR – START 01.10.2026

For our client in the Winterthur region, we are looking for an experienced roller operator starting from 01.10.2026 for a long-term assignment in road and surface construction.

The position is intended as Try & Hire. If the cooperation works for both sides, there is the possibility of permanent employment.

Your tasks:

✔ Independent operation of various types of rollers
✔ Compaction of asphalt and surface layers
✔ Cooperation in surface installation
✔ Grading and compaction work
✔ Inspection and maintenance of the machines used
✔ Support of the team in general road construction work
✔ Compliance with safety regulations on the construction site

Your profile:

✔ Several years of professional experience as a roller operator mandatory
✔ Sound experience in road and surface construction
✔ Confident handling of various types of rollers
✔ Independent and reliable way of working
✔ Good German language skills
✔ Physically fit and resilient
✔ Driver's license Cat. B
✔ Interest in a long-term cooperation
✔ Residence in the Winterthur region
