Certified Nursing Specialist Triage / Emergency

Our client, an established psychiatric healthcare provider in the region, is looking for a qualified nursing specialist for the demanding area of triage and emergency. The central triage forms the gateway to the psychiatric services and accompanies people in mental health crises with sound assessment and appropriate follow-up treatment. Your tasks

• Telephone and personal consultation of those affected and relatives
• Independent conduct of emergency interviews and initial assessments, also outreach-based
• Organization of needs-based follow-up treatment in appropriate psychiatric services
• Active cooperation with referrers, authorities, and psychosocial partners

Your profile

• Psychiatric nursing training: HF or FH degree required
• Professional experience: At least two years in psychiatry
• Crisis management: Independent conduct of emergency interviews and triages
• Communication strength: Confident appearance in demanding conversation situations required
