Your tasks: <br /> • Operational coordination between staff, clients, and the manager • Administrative support for managers • Planning and organization of teams using IT tools • Financial analysis in support of the operational director • Monitoring of labor and material budgets • Assistance in the organization and monitoring of holiday replacements for cleaning staff • Administrative support in the management of technical projects • Preparation of quotes, preparation of client invoices • Control and allocation of supplier invoices • Orders of material, products, and services • Specific administrative tasks related to local and national clients <br /> Your profile: <br /> • Commercial training (CFC + maturity), bachelor in business administration or equivalent • Mastery of French, English level B2 required • Mastery of standard IT tools (MS Office) • Skills for the precise written transcription and formulation of information • Trustworthy, versatile, and autonomous person • Helpful, pronounced customer orientation • Flexible, available • Knowledge and/or experience in the service sector (an asset) <br /> Ready for us?
