Responsibilities ### • Ensure basic and specific care to beneficiaries according to medical prescriptions. • Accompany beneficiaries in daily life activities while respecting their autonomy. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee optimal patient follow-up. • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. • Ensure clear and benevolent communication with patients and their families. • Support beneficiaries with disabilities, adults, in daily life actions and in interventions specific to their personalized project. Qualifications ### • Diploma in Assistant in Community Healthcare (ASSC) recognized in Switzerland. • Previous experience in a similar position, an asset. • Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of listening. • Ability to work in a team and manage stressful situations. • Proficiency in French, any other language is a plus. • Benevolence and empathy towards residents.
