In this varied function, you will combine direct nursing with the guidance and promotion of apprentices and take on an important role in the further development of training quality.

Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as a healthcare professional EFZ
• Vocational trainer certificate or willingness to acquire it
• Joy in the guidance and promotion of apprentices
• Responsible, structured, and empathetic personality
• Interest in quality development and pedagogical topics
• Willingness to take on additional responsibility
• Team-oriented and communicative way of working
• Joy in passing on knowledge and accompanying young people on their professional path

Tasks ##

• Holistic nursing and care of the residents in everyday life
• Ensuring high nursing quality in cooperation with interprofessional specialists
• Planning, guidance, and assessment of apprentices in everyday work
• Promotion of professional, social, and personal competencies of trainees
• Participation in the further development of training and care quality
• Taking on additional tasks in the area of education and quality assurance
• Passing on specialist knowledge and supporting the team in pedagogical questions
• Assignments predominantly from Monday to Friday
