To strengthen our architectural office in Luzern, we are looking for a committed personality as an Architect or experienced Drafter specializing in Architecture with a workload of 80-100 %, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Participation in demanding new construction, conversion and renovation projects in the areas of residential construction, office and commercial as well as elderly and nursing care buildings
• Processing of project, execution and detail planning, as well as building applications and requests
• Participation in competition planning as well as in concept and feasibility studies
• Collaboration with our team as well as with external specialist planners, contractors, offices, authorities and clients/principals
• Contributing own ideas and jointly developing convincing architectural and constructive solutions

What you bring with you

Two training and experience paths are possible for this position:

• Practical path: You have completed vocational training as a Drafter specializing in Architecture and bring around five years of professional experience.
• Academic path: You have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a Swiss university.

Additionally, you bring the following:

• Interest in architecture and a good architectural and constructive understanding
• Good knowledge in the planning and implementation of construction projects
• Profound CAD knowledge and the willingness to familiarize yourself with new programs if necessary
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• An independent, exact and solution-oriented way of working
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and enjoyment of working in a team
• Openness to new ideas and the willingness to learn new things

What we offer you

Versatile construction projects

As an architectural office or general planner, we process demanding construction projects across all planning phases - from planning to realization. Our project portfolio includes residential construction, office and commercial buildings as well as elderly and nursing care buildings.

A manageable team

Our architectural office has around 11-12 employees. We work in a practice-oriented, creative manner and in direct exchange with each other. You can contribute your specialist knowledge and work together with the team on well-thought-out architectural and constructive solutions.

Flexible working hours and annual working time

We work with a defined annual working time model. You organize your working time independently within the agreed framework and are responsible for fulfilling your annual working time. You can compensate overtime with full flexibility.

Five weeks of vacation

With us, you have five weeks of vacation per year, so that alongside work there is enough time for recovery and personal interests.

Part-time and home office

We offer workloads of 80-100 %. Partial home office is possible by arrangement.

Modern IT infrastructure

Our workstations and server environment were renewed about a year ago and offer a contemporary technical basis for our daily work.

Openness to further training

We are open to professional further training and are happy to discuss with you which development opportunities make sense.

Fair and attractive employment conditions

We offer remuneration in the higher range of the Central Switzerland wage level as well as progressive working conditions.
