Join our team of more than 300 employees and become our: What makes the position particularly interesting and stimulating: You lead and support the employees of the actifs LPP insured team (15 employees) You participate in operational management (professional processing and customer orientation) You guarantee the quality of work through good organization You support the Manager in her activities and you are a stakeholder in company projects related to your department You participate in projects and initiate improvements to the team's work processes (specifications, tests) What you bring to HOTELA: You have training in management - The Federal Diploma in social insurance is an asset You have experience in leading a team of managers and possess very good practical skills in management French native speaker, you have excellent knowledge of German or vice versa You are a flexible, available person and you possess a developed sense of human relations Thanks to your leadership, you know how to manage and motivate your team. Your sense of organization and your analytical capacity guarantee the quality of your team's work Good mastery of the Microsoft 365 environment, including collaborative work via Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
