Section Coordinator (Steering and Coordination)

Geneva (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute to <br /> • Ensure a central role in structuring and coordinating the section's steering, by developing and maintaining steering tools, consolidating indicators and contributing to the prioritization of activities and projects, in order to guarantee a consistent overall vision for decision-making • Support managers in operational and organizational monitoring, by providing a cross-functional reading of activities, identifying risks, malfunctions and opportunities for improvement, and proposing adapted measures • Assume functional responsibility for quality and risk devices, as ISO 9001 correspondent and risk manager, by managing business processes, monitoring improvement actions and coordinating the internal control system (ICS) • Organize, structure and harmonize the section's information and documentation, ensuring the traceability of decisions and facilitating the circulation of information and coordination between services • Carry out cross-functional mandates and contribute to projects, representing the section's needs and ensuring their consideration in the work carried out <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree at bachelor level (economic sciences, politics, HEC, international relations or possibly technical field) or equivalent title; experience in a coordination function as well as training or experience in the fields of quality and risks are an asset • Excellent analytical, synthesis and organizational skills as well as a strong solution and result-oriented approach • Very good communication, cross-functional coordination and collaboration skills with different stakeholders • Autonomous, proactive, structured person with a strong sense of responsibility • Good knowledge of a second official language <br /> In a few words The <<Statistics and Central Registers>> section plays a key role in managing the Confederation's strategic information systems in the field of social insurance.
