Your mission * Promote the fulfillment of the resident persons and the development of their skills by means of individualized educational action. * Coordinate socio-educational projects for the resident persons and ensure their follow-up as well as set up individualized objectives according to the principle of reference. * Accompany the resident persons in daily life tasks. * Actively participate in the proper functioning of the residence and in the general care of the resident persons. * Ensure routine administrative tasks related to the function. * Participate in educational projects related to the sector.
Your profile * HETS specialized educator diploma or title deemed equivalent with recognition from SEFRI. * Several years of experience in the field of disability and knowledge of the CRPD. * Knowledge of the issue of intellectual disability associated with autism spectrum disorder and knowledge of the Geneva medico-social network. * Good capacities for adaptation, autonomy and organization. * Competence for administrative tasks, writing skills and good mastery of IT and office tools. * Willing or prepared to work irregular hours and on weekends. * Swiss nationality or with a valid work permit. Type of contract: permanent contract Activity rate at 80% Start of activity: 1st November 2026 or to be agreed.
