Our client offers people with disabilities a diverse and individual living offer. In several residential groups, residents are supported according to their needs and promoted in their self-determination as well as personal development. An appreciative coexistence, lived participation, and a safe and trusting environment are at the center of this.
For the management of a residential area, we are looking for an engaged personality or also a well-coordinated duo as a team lead, starting immediately or by arrangement. The position can be taken on either as an individual responsibility or in a co-leadership model. The institution shows itself open to different profiles and offers the possibility to shape the function together in a suitable way depending on experience and competencies.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as FaGe, FaBe, dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or Sozialpädagogin/Sozialpädagoge HF (or comparable training)
• Joy in leading employees and interest in taking on responsibility
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage, corresponding further training will be supported
• Interest in agogic issues and the support of people with disabilities
• Independent, structured way of working and good organizational talent
• High social competence, resilience and decisiveness
• Willingness to participate both operationally at the base level and to take on leadership tasks

Tasks ##

• Professional and personnel leadership of a team as well as the promotion and support of employees
• Active participation in everyday care and support of people with disabilities
• Organization and coordination of daily business
• Ensuring a high quality of care as well as further development of work processes
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and the management
• Participation in weekend service to remain close to the team and the everyday care
