Operational leadership in the personnel, pedagogical, organizational and administrative areas. Upon request with leadership of measures for regular school (MR) in the kindergarten. Participation in the Schulleitungskonferenz Muri bei Bern. Quality development and evaluation at the school district level. Networking work with institutions in the preschool sector. Transition design from the preschool sector to the kindergarten. Promote and shape parent cooperation. Cooperation with specialist agencies. Requirements ### Teaching certificate for compulsory school. Several years of teaching experience, preferably in kindergarten or Cycle 1. Recognized completed school leadership training or willingness to undertake it. Ability for open and clear communication. Teamwork skills and good empathy. Leadership competence and organizational talent. Creativity, intuition and enthusiasm. Experience in dealing with conflicts. We offer ### Motivated and dedicated teachers. Permanent employment.
