The Schulinternat Ringlikon has a special school with family-complementary day care as well as a year-round open boarding school for a total of 36 students from kindergarten, primary, and middle school with special support needs in the academic, social, and emotional areas. The boarding school is accessible from Zürich HB with the S10 in 16 minutes. Our goal is to offer the child and its family system a tailor-made, flexible setting.

We are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a

Social Pedagogue.

6 to 8 children live on the residential group, one of whom receives intensive pedagogical care.

For this demanding task, you meet the following requirement profile:

You have a diploma in Social Pedagogy HF / FH and professional experience in inpatient work with children with behavioral issues. Ideally, you have specialist knowledge and / or further training in the field of trauma pedagogy or are interested in acquiring this specialist knowledge.

Warmth, communication skills, and humor characterize you as much as flexibility and resilience. You are committed, demonstrate high social competence, and value interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies. Irregular working hours (night standby and weekend services are a matter of course for you). Helpfulness, (self-)reflection, reliability, and the ability to build, further develop, and consolidate reliable relationships with the children round off your profile.
