For our customer, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Supporter / IT Supporter. The position is also suitable for committed career changers with a technical background, for example from the fields of electrical engineering or electronics.

Your tasks

• Repairs and replacement of hardware components
• Support with various IT-related tasks
• Collaboration in the on-call organization
• Customer contact and support for customers on-site
• Assignments at various locations throughout Switzerland
• Readiness to familiarize yourself with new topics and technologies

Your profile

• Basic knowledge and interest in the field of IT
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Readiness to travel throughout Switzerland by car
• Driver's license Cat. B mandatory
• Openness and readiness to learn new things
• French or Italian language skills are an advantage
• Career changers from technical professions such as electricians, electronics technicians or similar fields are welcome
