To support the Head of the Care Center, we are looking for as of 1.1.2027 or by arrangement a Head of Human Resources Your tasks Leading the HR team with 2 employees in administration and payroll processing Controlling the entire recruitment process Creating, further developing, and implementing HR processes Ensuring legal and data protection-compliant personnel documentation Supporting the preparation of the monthly payroll run with «nexus pers» Advising employees and managers on labor law and personnel-related issues Participation in cross-departmental projects Function as Departmental Safety Officer (BESIBE) Administration Requirements Commercial basic training Further training as an HR Specialist with federal diploma (eidg.
