For our client, a successful and future-oriented company in the Dagmersellen region, we are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Junior Project Manager Building Services 100 % immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Planning, coordination and support of projects in the field of building services
• Technical support of existing buildings and building services systems
• Support with conversion and new construction projects as well as representation of the client's building services interests
• Monitoring and optimization of various building services systems
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement in technical systems
• Close cooperation with internal plant technology and external specialist partners
• Planning and monitoring of maintenance and repair work
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Control of energy consumption, economic efficiency and value preservation of the systems
• Support in the further development and modernization of technical

systems

Your profile

• Completed technical training in the field of building services, electrical, heating, refrigeration or building automation
• Initial professional experience in the field of building services is an advantage
• Further training as a Techniker HF, Ingenieur FH or a comparable qualification is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Interest in project management and technical contexts
• Analytical, structured and independent way of working
• Good IT user knowledge
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of optimizing systems
• Team player, reliable and communicative
• Driver's license category B
